How did you guys meet? And who made the first move? We don’t know how we met, likely through friends, but Vicki kissed me outside of a chip shop and then disappeared for two years.
How did you get engaged? I took Vicki to the New forest for her birthday and proposed at sunset by the lake.
What made you choose your wedding venue? We had already decided on another venue earlier that day, but thought we may as well visit old Kent Barn as we had it booked in for later that day. when we arrived and walked down the isle Vicki cried at how lovely it was there. Also, they have a dressing room and wash room for the Grooms party, which was a massive selling point.
Did you have a theme or inspiration for your wedding? None.
What is your first song and why? Truly, madly, deeply cover by Plamina. We chose it for the lyrics and the way it was sung.
What would be your top tip to other couples planning their own wedding? It’s your day, plan it how you want it, don’t listen to anyone else, including parents! The venue has everything under control so there is nothing to worry about.
Would you recommend me to your family & friends and if so, why? 1000% We can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us on the day. We felt so relaxed, we were very comfortable and allowed to be ourselves. Will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and family!
