How did you guys meet? And who made the first move?

We met in pure nightclub in Bexleyheath. Luke was with his mate Tony who was going out to with one of my best friends so we ended up bumping into them. Luke was so drunk he was sick in his hand and then grabbed mine to spin me around … safe to say we didn’t get together straight away!!

How did you get engaged?

Luke proposed on Lucy’s 30th birthday in the leopard lodge at port lympne!

What made you choose your wedding venue?

We fell in love with the grounds and the modern vibe inside the Orangery room!

Did you have a theme or inspiration for your wedding?

Our inspo was black tie, black white and gold for classy autumnal vibes.

What would be your top tip to other couples planning their own wedding?

Go into your actual wedding day as a guest and don’t sweat the small stuff! Enjoy every moment and pick lovely/ easy to get on with suppliers as they are the ones who make your day!!

Would you recommend me to your family & friends and if so, why

We cannot stop raving about Steve to all our friends and family, not only for his amazing skills but just being the most amazing person. I chose Steve as our photographer initially for his amazing use of flash, but also as Luke HATES having his pictures taken, I knew he would instantly click with Steve and make him feel as ease, from the moment they met Luke felt so comfortable and enjoyed the photo aspect of the wedding! I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and our experience with Steve! Will never stop singing his praises!!
